Tower Car Parking System features a high-speed wire rope
lift that can travel up to speeds greater than one meter per
second, providing a fast parking and retrieval process.
Tower parking consist of traction type lifts to pick up/ drop
the car from entry/exit of cars and parking on Either/both
sides of the lift as per available space. The traction lift carried
on platform is verified for correct position and acceptable
dimension, then transfer the same to specified parking lot.
RCC Tower Parking System can also be designed in 0:1, 1:1,
1:2, 2:2, 2:3 and 3:3 configuration. This Mechanical car
parking system can be fully customized as per client
requirement with additional number of cars as required.
Technical Specification:
- In RCC Type Tower Parking Systems, MS brackets are mounted at every floor level for platform stack positioning along with side rails. This eliminates the need for a heavy steel structure, resulting in lower maintenance costs. Equal-section columns are used as guide rails from top to bottom and are mounted on the floor inside the pit/well.
- Platforms are fabricated using corrugated HR plates mounted on a square pipe base structure to reduce dead weight and increase durability. Sliding wheels are mounted on an MS base and coated with PU for smooth and reliable operation. All platforms are of the same size.
- Tower lift/elevator is operated through either a motorized or hydraulic mechanism using heavy-duty motors and four-corner guide rails extending from top to bottom. The elevator can be lifted using either rope or chain systems as per project requirements.
- All operations are controlled through a PLC-based mechanical control system to ensure proper synchronous movement during lifting, lowering, and positioning of platforms.
- The lift/elevator is equipped with a motorized transfer mechanism that allows horizontal movement to either side as well as vertical travel. It retrieves an unoccupied pallet, brings it to ground level for vehicle loading, and then transports the vehicle to the designated parking slot.
- Tower parking safety features include obstacle detection sensors at entry and exit points, pallet positioning sensors, over-travel protection systems, shaft clearance sensors, lift/elevator locking systems at every level, and other advanced safety mechanisms.
- Includes all necessary connecting elements, high-tensile (H.T.) bolts, nuts, washers, and related installation accessories.
