ARIHANT’s Horizontal circulation parking systems dynamic system which utilizes a combination of vertical and horizontal movement to store and retrieve vehicles automatically. Horizontal circulation type rotary parking system creates an ability to utilize horizontal space by giving an advantage single entry /exit system, in our customizable design this full system can be installed in to the single basement made with out any slab with entry and exit of car on ground level.

Efficient utilization of underground spaces can be done with is type of system. It’s most suitable for building in long and narrow terrain. The most suitable plots for the systems are which are rectangular and have very limited access and probably only where one access is possible. But The cycle time is more than the other automatic system since a pallet wise circulation takes time.

Technical Specification:

• System stands on a heavy structural framework consisting of equal-section columns with high-thickness base plates and bracing for additional strength, mounted on the floor inside the pit/well.
• Platforms are fabricated using corrugated HR plates mounted on a square pipe base structure to reduce dead weight and increase durability. Sliding wheels are mounted on an MS base and coated with PU for smooth and reliable operation. All platforms are of the same size.
• Horizontal circulation parking systems are equipped with two lifts: a main lift and a sub lift. The sub lift is primarily used for the horizontal movement of pallets within the parking structure.
• The rack structure is designed with a sliding transfer mechanism that allows platforms to move seamlessly between both lifts at every floor level, ensuring efficient vehicle handling and storage.
• System operation is controlled through an automated mechanical control system to ensure synchronized movement of lifts, pallets, and transfer mechanisms throughout the parking cycle.
• The horizontal circulation process involves pallet-by-pallet movement, which results in a longer cycle time compared to other fully automatic parking systems.
